9. Lure npc at city of freedom will be banned. take screen shoot at forum. we will investigate until clear

2. Point 2 1 week ban, 1 month ban, permanent ban
3. Point 3 1 week mute, 1 month mute, permanent mute
4. Point 4 Permanent ban

7. Point 7 permanent ban and IP
