can u help me? And i would like to change the char Gender from male to female.

if you want to NT please follow this step

1. go to http://netkonline.org/
2. insert your id and your password
3. go to nation transfer and your NP will be reduce 50k for compensation

The problem is i dont have so much NPs, and i think my whole clan is transfer by GM for balancing the Nation.

I have information from dedi gm your clan national transfer because your team leader. ask him why he go to national transfer. so my recommended to you is a go search np and change your nation from website
