Login Problem?

i just cant get into game, i start the game, log in, i click on the server and it stays stuck on Connecting please wait screen :-( (before char creation) why?? im trying it for few hours now and nothing :-( im on this server few days, i have two chars, max time played around an hour :-( i want to get in-game :-(
