Can I kindly know where are you from? Please post a tracert to the server.

bro when i typed this tracert ... it open the game site . thats all

From the screenshot given, you can see @ hop no 2, the latency is very high (about 800ms). You have to check with your internet provider since the IP Address in hop no 2, belonging to them.

Since from the beginning of hop no 2 is high, the rest of the hops will be affected. That's the reason why you are lagging & dc.

There is no issue with the connection of the server.
