Unbanned me plss....

When, where and why i did get banned:
2012-03-28 16:07:00 at ronark land behind human based vs with overture..i just use a snow ball

is it using the snow ball is illegal??if is illegal after this i not use it that is my promise..plss help unbanned me..
lastly i want to say sorry for my bad english and i very hopefully u all unbanned me..I just play and enjoy it.TQ
