Loggin problem

Hi, my character name is CecilBDeMented.
today i have got a wired DC and my pc deleted the netko.exe, so i closed all firewall + antivirus
and reinstall the game, but since that i cant loggin, the launcher is not respounding and keep telling me
" loggin server connecting failed..... bla bla try connecting... "
i tryed reinstall several more times + restart pc and internet.
any suggestions?

Problem solved from itself^^;
i have no idea what happned, but now the skin ingme has changed.
i think that when i download patch 1402 manualy it was old version.
