I was sitting in the Ultiman zone ... I was not playing .. I was looking at the forum site ... and when I returned to the game .. had taken DC, I tried to relog ... however I could not, until then did not know wHAT had happened ... until I looked on the banned list and my char was there ... and so far I do not know for what reason! ... please ... if possible to unlock my account ... if not, by least inform me why the blocking of the acc
